Terms and Delivery
Local
Small Individual orders: Sent out by post for FREE (Cyprus only).
Packages and Larger orders: Sent out by local courier (Akis Express), or can be collected. Simply specify when you Checkout Online (in the 'Special Instructions' box) that you wish to have your items sent by courier. There will be a box, when you checkout, in which you can give us 'Special Instructions' for your order. You won't need to pay anything to us. However, you will need to pay the courier when you collect your items.
International
All small orders are sent out by Post. For larger orders we have several options. Please contact us for more information. There will be an additional fee for International Orders. If you want your items sent outside Cyprus then place your order as normal and we will contact you back with very simple instructions on how to pay for the additional Postage fee. If you have a courier account and you wish to use it then please email us before or after you place your order.
How do I place an order online?
We only accept online transactions for our Retail products.
1. Find the product you wish to order from our KeepitChilled Products section
2. Click on the 'Add to Cart' button found under the picture of each product to add it on your Shopping Cart.
3. A new window will open with your Shopping Cart
4. If you want to add another product then go back to the KeepitChilled Products section and add more products to your Shopping Cart using the same procedure.
5. If you want to order more than 1 items then change the Quantity number in your Shopping Cart.
6. When you are done click on the 'Proceed to Checkout' button found on your Shopping Cart.
7. Log-in to your Paypal Account to complete the Payment. If you don't have a Paypal account then fill out the form that appears with your details.
Charges:
All Local Post Deliveries are FREE.
Local Courier Charges (Akis Express):
There is an additional Fee for the Akis Express courier service. If you wish to use this option then place your online order as usual. Upon your Checkout you there will be a box in which you can write 'Special Instructions' to us and you can specify there that you wish your items to be sent by a courier service.
You won't need to pay us for the courier service. You will pay the courier when you collect your items.
Cancellations
We do not accept any cancellations for our online orders. We accept cancellations on bigger orders however any deposit paid will be lost.
Lost parcels
If your parcel has never arrived then please Contact Us with details of your order and we will place a claim to investigate the lost parcel(s).
Returns
We do not accept any returns.
Unavailable Products
If for any reasons we cannot provide the products you ordered then we will immediately send you an email offering you a full refund or substitude products up to the price that was paid.
Prices are subject to change
Our prices might change from time to time without any prior notice.
Complaints
If you wish to make a complaint please use our 'Contact Us' section.
Data Protection Act
We will never pass or sell your personal information to any third parties. Upon a succesful purchase, your information will be kept temporarily on our systems for the sake of dealing with any potential returns. From time to time we collect generic statistical data for marketing purposes such as how many people visit our site, how often etc...
Credit Card Transactions and Security
All of our transactions are made SECURELY through Paypal. Paypal owns SSL certificate for secure transactions.
